Did you know that just because a package of pasta says “Made in Italy,” or “Product of Italy,” it’s not necessarily made from Italian wheat?

It means that the wheat, which could come from America or anywhere else, was imported into Italy, and the pasta was made there.
The label has to say “100% Italian wheat,” or it isn’t. And organic is a bonus.

So if it matters to you, read the labels!

The good stuff.
